Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Zaelan purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds work.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags where applicable.

How To Start A Return

Contact us at support@zaelan.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items damaged through customer misuse are not eligible for return.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
